What is Biblical / Faith Coaching?
You are unique! You are created with your own strengths, gifts, and talents, and I am here to walk alongside you as you discover your God-given purpose and abilities. Through tools such as the spiritual gifts assessments and other recourses. We will identify and cultivate these gifts together.
As a biblical life coach, I will guide you in uncovering your God-given purpose, combining practical life coaching with biblical principles. My role is to help facilitate your spiritual growth, empowering you to live with greater clarity and purpose in alignment with your faith.
Family / children’s and young people’s life coaching
I am an Advanced experienced life Coach with a specialised background in child development, holding an Early Years Foundations degree. I work closely with families to empower parents with practical tools for setting boundaries, manging behaviour, and I work with children and young people who have been through adverse childhood experiences (ACE’s) It is important to create a confidential and supportive environment. My coaching style is empathic, non-judgmental, and understanding, ensuring that both parents and children feel heard and supported.
I have a natural ability to connect with children and young people, helping them build confidence while recognising, understanding and helping them process emotions. Fostering emotional intelligence and self-confidence in children, I have experience in life coaching children and young people who have been through adverse childhood experiences.
For parents, I offer tailored advice and guidance, including helping them advocate for their children by writing letter to appropriate professional and services to ensure they get the support they need. Together, we build stronger, more resilient family relationships, fostering emotional intelligence and self-confidence in children.
The Lord has a purpose for your brokenness: He will transform your weaknesses into strengths and use it for good.
Much like the art of kintsugi, where broken pottery is beautifully repaired with gold, your broken pieces can be transformed into something amazing that highlights your journey.
Throughout the coaching process, I will walk alongside you in a safe and non-judgmental space. God delights in restoring you, lifting the burden of shame and guilt, and reclaiming your confidence. Together, we will work towards healing and uncovering the truth of how Gods sees you which will lead your wholeness.
